Our small firm is able to respond quickly and efficiently with the listed principals in charge of all projects from conceptual/planning stage through construction and close-out. We pride ourselves on the ability to listen to our clients, meet their expectations, and provide them with a lasting relationship with our firm. High speed internet allows us to communicate with clients and design team members wherever they may be.
Project budgets are maintained by early involvement with the client to understand the scope of work and schedule requirements and by developing project budgets early in the planning stage. Budgets through design are maintained by generating cost estimates at the SD, DD and CD phases of the project if applicable and by modifying the scope of work and/or defining bid alternates to control the cost during bidding.

Schedules are maintained by close attention to client bid dates and construction periods by the principals involved in the project from conceptual planning through construction.
The principals have been involved on multi-discipline design teams involving architects, engineers, owners and contractors on projects ranging up to $90 million. We have also performed numerous code reviews of building projects and on site construction inspections for the Colorado State Buildings Program thus assuring that we maintain the latest information on building codes throughout our intermountain region.
New construction and difficult remodels are both approached with equal enthusiasm. Older remodels are a company specialty and have included 100 year old courthouses in Aspen and 50 year old school remodels in the Grand Junction area. |
